I want to apologize for not keeping up with my blog last semester! I'm going to try harder this semester , especially with all my water polo tournaments.
I'll start off with my classes. I'm taking one night class on Mondays that is from 6-8:30 and is World History from 1500. I'm also taking an English class, Psychology, Anthro, and the only class I am taking for my major is Video Production. So far all my classes have been going well.
As for water polo. I had to come back to school three weeks before the semester started for practice. We had two practices Monday-Friday. Last weekend ( Feb. 1 & 2) we had our first tournament that also happened to be our home tournament. We went 4-0 that weekend and I scored my first collegiate water polo goal. I was very excited for that as well as for how well my team did. This past weekend (Feb. 8&9) we traveled to Michigan State to play. We lost our first game on Saturday, but won the other 3 games we had this weekend. I scored 3 goals this weekend as well as earned my first collegiate kick out. My team is now 7-1 after this weekend. Next weekend we travel to Chicago for another tournament and the weekend after we will travel to Iowa.
